    I work on sales engagement: email deliverability, connectivity, sequences, and some internal AI tooling.

    The job is simple to say and hard to keep true. Mail has to land. Sequences have to stop when they should. The path has to still make sense when something retries or fails halfway.

    Promoted to Senior Software Engineer II in April 2026.

  2. 2023 - 2024

    Senior Software Engineer

    I owned outbound across Email, SMS, App, and WhatsApp.

    The counts did not match. What we sent and what we could prove at the other end drifted. We split metrics by stage, killed false drops, and got to 100% source-to-target accounting.

    Same stretch of time: cut AWS cost about 21% by fixing network and disk bottlenecks, lifted SonarQube quality scores 78% across services, and rebuilt WhatsApp as a bot-of-bots instead of one tangled bot.

  3. 2021 - 2023

    Software Engineer II

    I got tired of every WhatsApp vendor needing its own snowflake code. So I built a shared library for the WhatsApp Business API and put the common path in one place.

    I also wired a Kafka integration-test framework into GitLab CI so regressions showed up on merge, not in production. Refactored alerting so we could run custom Influx and Prometheus rules without fighting the old framework every time.

    Software Engineer

    Pre-go-live client data migration. The only acceptable end state was 100% reconciliation after the move. That is what we hit.

    I also added Single Sign-On with automated user provisioning, built an Apache Camel routing layer for business flows, and cut file-upload time about 60% with multithreading and caching.

    End-of-day reconciliation used to mean manual sanity checks. I moved it onto Apache Solr so the process could stand on its own.

    I also built a batch pipeline for intraday market-risk reports and reworked legacy report generation for about a 35% speedup. Worked with the Global Delivery team for the Australian market.
